When you are ready to go ahead we will get all the necessary details concerning the vehicles and your budget and begin sourcing the auctions for cars that fit your description. When appropriate vehicles are found at any of the auction we will notify you with a full description of the vehicle including an auction report, details of our inspection sheet, start price and expected sale price. We in turn relay this information to you and you decide if you'd like to bid and how much you'd like to bid up to. Please note that we will never bid on a car for you without your full approval and designated budget. Ultimately the decision is yours and we will do our best to find you a car that closely matches your ideal vehicle. Step 2 – Send The Deposit Payment of US$ 2,000/- by TT... Upon your re-fined selection for the vehicle with target price indication and before we actually begin the bidding process, you will need to send us the US$ 2,000/- as the deposit. If need at this stage, we will send you the proforma invoice to process the deposit payment for your end. As soon as you send us the TT payment, please fax or email us the TT copy and we will begin the bidding as per your short listed choice and price indication. Please ensure that your price indication should be very clear with all the costing taken in to account. (FOB or CNF or CIF) Kindly note that our service fees as your buying agent is JPY 80,000/- (Japanese Yen) which includes: One way transportation, Documentation (Bill of Lading), De-registration or log car of vehicle, Port service charge in Japan, Custom clearance and Inspection arrangements if needed by your custom authority. However please note that the following extra charges are applicable if need be on case to case basis... Extra charges for Terminal Handling / container stuffing will be asked if by container loading of cargo. Extra charge for transportation will be asked if the auction is far away to port. If your country’s Import regulation needs any specific Inspection Certification if applicable. Step 3 – Upon Successful Bidding make the balance payment by TT... As soon as we have a successful bid, we will notify you with the details of the vehicles with specs and pictures. Since all the auction payments have to be settled within 5 working days, We will need you to send the payment in 3 working days taking in to considerations the bank remittance time. You are required to send the balance difference payment as soon as you are notified of the success of the bid. We will also give you the final invoice with all the details charges including our auction fees of JPY 80,000/- and any extras if applicable. Step 4 – Delivery - Your vehicle is ready for shipment... We will prepare your vehicle with clean condition and clear the Japanese customs and de-registration card. Our shipping department will contact you when the delivery dates are confirmed and inform the shipping procedure. This usually takes about 2 weeks. We will also send you the documentation necessary to receive the vehicle by courier (DHL etc) and send you the tracking number. Unless you have a preferred Clearing Agent that you prefer, we will send the documents to the agent that usually works with us. Remember that the vehicle has been unused for quite a while during the transportation: check oil, water and battery levels before using the vehicle. "AS IS" condition: More than 95% of all used Japanese vehicles are exported in an "AS IS" condition upon receipt from the auction house. The condition of used vehicles in Japan is such that reconditioning is not needed and only adds to the cost of the vehicle. Recommended after delivery service: As each vehicle is supplied in an "AS IS" condition, it is recommended that the following maintenance and service be carried out upon arrival: Change oil and oil filters Check tyres, change as required to meet local standards A full maintenance service Check brake pads and CVs, change as required to meet local standards Any minor/major exterior/interior repairs.
