No, we do not accept credit cards

2. Do you deal with foreign currencies?
Yes, we can accept major foreign currencies like US$, Euro and Sterling Pounds and Singapore Dollars

3. Do you accept Bank Checks?
No, we do not accept bank checks

4. What is your bank account info?
We only provide the bank once the purchase deal is confirmed, more about the method of payment can be found at http://www.singaporemotors.net/payment.html

5. How can I see the prices in US$ or other currencies?
Yes, you can see our prices in four different currencies; simply click the currency codes JPY - USD - GBP - ECU in the blue bar to get the price of the items in your preferred currency.

6. Price displayed in the website, are they FOB or CIF or CNF?
If you are at the stage one of the shopping cart, you will see the FOB prices. At the 2nd stage you can select your destination port and get the CIF or CNF prices whatever is available. You can create an order your order as the system will calculate the freight and insurance cost based on your port to get the CNF or CIF values.

2. What are the countries to, you export?
We can export to any country where there is a legal law to import Used vehicles from Singapore.

3. When is the next ship to my port?
We have very good working relationship with many shipping lines; please write to us to know the next ship available to your port.

4. What type of insurance you make while shipping?
We do not make any special insurance other than the one provided by the shipping company. If you need to insure you consignment with any special insurance policies, you need to talk to us in advance.

5. Why my country/port is not in the shipping list?
There are countries where we don't export because of various reasons like driving side of the car is different, no ships available to the port etc.,

General

1. How can my company become a dealer to you?
We have exclusive and non-exclusive dealership programs. In order to qualify for these programs, we require advance deposit or history of good and trusted business relations.

2. Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?
No, we do not give any warranty for our vehicles. Used vehicles from Singapore are usually of excellent quality, however you may arrange for a third party inspection like several respected international agencies like Bureau Veritas.

3. How to place online order?

For Non-members

1. Click on Stock List or Search Vehicles.
2. Do shopping - click on buy button to add to cart the vehicles. In shopping cart you find all the vehicles you added.
3. Now Press on "Proceed to Checkout".
4. Then Fill Contact & Shipping Information and submit the information.
5. Then Calculate Freight - Here you select your port of destination & press on calculate button.
6. Then Click on "Buy" button.
7. Then select Payment Option & Press on Next.
8. Then Press "Confirm Order" to confirm your order.

For Members

1. Login - Please do login first.
2. Then follow the same steps as for non-members mentioned above.
